Service: Global Service Supply Chain > Production Engineering

The Global Repair Operation is part of Global Service. We aim to repair and deliver materials and services to Service teams across the Globe. We are continuously developing our repair business and strategy to improve the technical solution and design of the repair footprint.

Production Engineering Support is a support function in Global Repair Operation, where our highest priority is to support the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to analyze, define, validate, and prioritize new tasks
  • Diagnosing issues focusing on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Develop and maintain production documentation (RWI (Repair Work Instructions), process documentation, drawings, specifications, routings, etc.)
  • Coordinate specific projects and tasks within technical solutions, NRI (New Repair Induction), Technology Transfer, and improvement initiatives within Lean, Standard Work, 5S, etc.
  • Navigate cross-functional and cultural in a matrix organization
  • Prioritize, mitigate, communicate, and align with your stakeholders
  • Ensure lessons learned and document best business practices

Qualifications:

  • Interest and experience working with production documentation
  • Interest and experience working with BOM (Bill of Material), tools, equipment, layout, etc.
  • User knowledge of ERP systems (SAP GUI and PDMLink beneficial)
  • Committed with capacity to take decisions in equal measures as being collaborative and having a stakeholder-oriented mindset
  • Experience within a production environment and technical understanding (mechanical, electrical, or logistic and material flow skills) and shop floor performance support within Safety - Quality – Cost
  • Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken
  • User knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc. and interest and skills within digitalization and industry 4.0
  • Team player with a collaborative approach, that everyone needs to look, listen, and learn from the experience within the organization to move forward
  • High focus and understanding of safety, quality, lean awareness, tools, and processes
  • Awareness of risk management and support that CTS (Critical to Safety) and CTQ (Critical to Quality) are managed proactively
  • Continuous Improvement mindset focusing on improving capacity and capability constraints
  • Ensure lessons learned and document best business practices

Additional Information:

Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 20 days per year.
