Sales > Global Offshore Commercial> Offshore Strategy & Commercial Management

You will join the Offshore Strategy & Commercial Management team in Global CSO. This area is responsible for overlooking, prioritizing and steering the activities within Vestas' offshore segment.

Within Offshore Strategy & Commercial Management, Portfolio Management is the department which is responsible for running a global governance on commercial pipeline management, project prioritization and resource allocation.

Furthermore, it is the point of contact for several other stakeholders within the Vestas organisation including COO and Finance, with whom we align on manufacturing capacity, footprint and financial target setting. As Vestas´ offshore segment is developing fast, new responsibilities can be added on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Preparing dashboards for commercial KPI tracking based on input provided by the regional organisations

• Representing the offshore commercial business in reviews with internal stakeholders, e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Finance

• Translating the company's strategic requirements into executable commercial targets, e.g. on sales volumes, resource ramp-up, etc.

• Supporting the preparation of management meetings, external presentations, etc.

  
  

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience including record of good stakeholder management skills

• Professional communication skills including fluency in English

• Innovative mindset to review data and create dashboards

• Creative mindset, problem solver and innovative thinking
