The Vestas Marketing organisation is part of Global Sales and therefore, Marketing has a clear commercial focus. The Marketing organisation is globally responsible for Marketing, for the Vestas Brand, for global sponsorships and for customer hospitality platforms across the globe. The Content Marketing team is part of the larger Global Marketing team in Vestas. The team is responsible for activating through compelling content to positively impact customer’s perception of Vestas and capture value from increased demand. Vestas is looking for a highly experienced individual to develop and manage global marketing and activation programmes, from value proposition, early campaign origination through execution and evaluation. As an industry leader dedicated to expanding the frontier of renewable energy and decarbonisation, Vestas needs an innovative mindset to expand our Marketing presence and help solidify our position as an influential voice in the global climate discussion. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in project managing complex Marketing campaigns and projects.


Responsibilities

Your primary areas of responsibility are to:

  • Translate commercial goals into Marketing objectives for activations, campaigns and content

  • Identify and define audience(s) and how to reach them by determining the best channel mix (website, email, blog, social media, magazine, sales, etc)

  • Identify the deliverables needed to tailor the messaging to the audience(s) and channels

  • Map content requirements across the customer journey and lifecycle

  • Develop compelling content strategies, key messaging, and campaign universe for a variety of channels

  • Develop 12-24 months activation plans in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Create campaign objectives and KPI’s

  • Monitoring of performance to ensure content is relevant and appealing

  • Work closely with our Insights team to expand knowledge around customer behaviour to continually mature execution level of content activations and campaign


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field

  • 5-8 years experience in a similar position

  • Proven track record in strong project management skills

  • Outstanding experience in developing and executing Marketing Activation plans

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Cross-cultural competencies and experience in working in a global organization are considered a plus

  • You must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to work with minimum supervision

  • It is imperative that you are a team player who naturally values accountability, collaboration, simplicity, and passion in all activities we engage in

Additional Information

This role is for a 1 year fixed-term maternity cover contract, with the possible opportunity to extend or go permanent thereafter.
