Group CSO Finance are the dedicated finance business partners to the Global Sales and Global Construction. We are an internationally diverse team, who are focused on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering. You will be located in Copenhagen or Aarhus, reporting to the Director, CSO Finance Construction, and your two primary operational stakeholders will be the Director, Global Installation & Commissioning in Construction and Senior Director, Sales Analytics in Global Sales.


Responsibilities
Your primary area of responsibility as the Lead Finance Business Partner is business case analysis and decision-making support to Global Sales and Construction management.

  • CSO Finance anchor point for the new turbine development business cases and business cases within Global Construction area. Actively evaluate the business case assumptions, challenge the status-quo, and drive continuous transformation for data driven decisions
  • Business partners to the Global Sales & Global Construction with a special focus in business case support and contribution to the management decision making through in-depth analysis and full value chain business understanding. The business cases could be a commercial opportunity, a footprint discussion, or a new business model
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders across various Vestas functions and on global and regional level and ensuring alignment of financial data used across business cases, strategy, and demand forecast.
  • Drive optimization of business case assessment tools and processes and strengthen the collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ad hoc projects, focusing on digitalization or finance process optimization. You will be given sufficient autonomy and expected to deliver the associated change management & implementation
  • Participate in closing activities, budgeting or strategy/target setting processes where needed and track alignment

Qualifications
To qualify for the position, you should have a relevant educational background combined with minimum 5-7 years' experience with focus on finance business performance, business controlling and business case analysis
You have

  • A Master's or diploma degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related subject
  • Experience in driving business case analysis and evaluation
  • Solid finance skills to be able to assess the most optimal financial outcome of the business cases
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP, SAP BI experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
