This role is a part of ECM Purchasing team which provides the operational support across all GP functions in COO area



Responsibilities

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sourcing Support area

  • Experience as Team leader ideally in Mechanical Industry

  • Proven experience supervising and facilitating well-governed business process operations.

  • Experience in Engineering Change Management / Sourcing.

  • Having exposure in field of either Wind turbine part manufacturing is an added advantage.



Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Production or Electrical and Electronics

  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively (verbal and written English), conveying information clearly, accurately, and using the best method of delivery

  • Skilled manager / team leader, including good people management skills

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented - focused and committed team-oriented person, energized by creating something new

  • Critical thinking skills and curiosity -a willingness to listen carefully, ask questions and to define actionable solutions that address complex pain points and gaps

  • Solid process-oriented mindset and thinking; the ability to bring structure and process into a complex global organization

  • E2E Knowledge on ECM Process

  • Exposure to Factory setup and working knowledge of Sourcing support task.

  • Hands on experience of PDMlink Windchill & SAP ERP System

  • Efficient handling of global stake holders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power point for reporting day to day developments / reporting & exposure to Excel macros is added advantage

  • Previous experience in continuous improvements, automation projects would be added advantage
