Regional Procurement Excellence & Sustainability is responsible for implementing strategies, principles, practices, tools, digitalization and processes in the region to ensure the procurement function meets its commitments to the organization and supports actions that bring about improvements which may include, but are not limited to sustainability, quality, delivery, growth, margin expansion, ensuring process standards across the company and leading efforts to ensure a strong execution and pipeline of projects to meet targets.



Responsibilities

  • Implement the strategy for best practices in analytics and reporting solutions together with stakeholders in Finance, Cost Engineering and Supply Chain and our Shared Service Center in Manila

  • Lead procurement strategy analytics on volumes, supply chain data, cost and market factors (raw materials, currencies, etc...), derive key insights with clearly defined and tangible recommendations

  • Identify levers to optimize the competitiveness of our key turbine configurations and plant solutions

  • Develop continuous cost out/profitability activities

  • Provide input and implement best practice and support for Strategy Development (Module + Commodity), Negotiation and Supplier Relationship management in the region

  • Anchor point for capability building in the region

  • Regional 'fit-for-the-purpose' Supply Chain strategies (including segmentation implications)

  • Excellence through continuous improvement initiatives

  • eAuction champion, Implement digitalization strategy and roadmap in the region



Qualifications

  • 7+ years overall working experience in Supply chain domains: Procurement, Sourcing, Project Management

  • Excel at data analysis and high presentation skill

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Statistics



Competencies

  • Good analytic skills and ability to derive tangible implications from facts and data

  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strategic thinking & comprehensive business insight

  • Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style

  • Clear understanding on Turbine costing elements and its supply chain

  • Working experience in a cross-cultural environment, handling international stakeholders is highly desirable

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
