This position represents the Service Quality Department in the APAC region - India, coordinates Service Quality activities and ensures that the Service Quality strategies are executed with the highest focus on quality, safety, and environment, and without compromising agreed processes. The key task is to ensure compliance of Service sites in the APAC region by performing site audits, Turbine inspections, RCCAs reducing for top COPQ offenders, and reduce the cost of poor quality (COPQ), supporting, maximizing vendor recoveries


Responsibilities

  • Ensure a specific service Quality Plan is established for service sites

  • Support Regional Service on Risk assessment and mitigation plans

  • Prepare a Quality business plan with region-specific service the focus and define KPI in agreement with the performance service

  • Provide Quality reporting regularly and monitor the performance,

  • Collaborate with Regional Service to develop and conduct Quality training for visitors

  • Conduct Quality awareness training for management and employees

  • Review the Quality gates and provide inputs if the service is ready for to TOC project

  • Ensure the problem-solving process is performed periodically for non-conformities identified

  • Ensure the quality standards and targets of service are achieved

  • Ensure the root cause investigation and improvement of prioritized NCRs and systematic issues

  • Monitor the performance of NCR, CIR, CoPQ, Audits & assessments

  • Support the evaluation of the type of defects and prepare CIM candidates

  • Provide regular performance reporting with GQSE support

  • Review the performance and analyse the data in order to identify the gaps and improvement areas

  • Conduct Customer surveys and ensure feedback on customer concerns

  • Ensure Customer queries and complaints are properly handled and closed

  • Promote improvement in Field Failure rate and Lost Production Factor in the region together with VPS and Service

  • Develop Service audit plan and conduct as per plan

  • Collect inputs for Regional Management review


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's in any engineering specialization

  • Strong Service background

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Service Quality


Competencies

  • motivated and very good communication skills

  • Able to create positive change and manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers

  • Certified auditor in one of the following standards ISO 9001/14001/ or OHSAS 18001

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is good to have

  • Strong cooperation and communication skills

  • SAP Knowledge & Quality tools
