Responsible for enhancing the organization's operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by analyzing, designing, and optimizing its business processes


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring process design aligns with organization's objectives
  • Ensure process/es to be embedded and connected in the end-to-end value chain and ensures closed loops in process
  • Keeps all process documentations up-to-date in the system, and in line with documentation requirements
  • Cascades changes to the process design and ensures training & support to relevant users
  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders such as Business Process Owners, BPO Delegates, Business Process Experts (BPE), other BPS, Digital Solutions, QMS, among others to work on initiatives and to define process goals and requirements
  • Champions the continuous improvement mindset based on process performance or identification of deviations or issues.
  • Gather insights and feedback to align on the objectives of optimizing business processes within their specific process domain

Qualifications

  • Graduate /Masters in process Management or experience in Process Management

Competencies

  • Knowledge on VPP Governance & Conventions,
  • Basic knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001, respectively 45001
  • Understanding of the ARIS functionalities to support process mapping and publishing in ARIS
  • Understanding of the structure and the purpose of the management system
  • Customer focus, effective communication, problem-solving capabilities incl
  • Six Sigma / DMAIC competences and Awarness on QMS principles
  • Working knowledge in process modelling tool
  • Basic Project Management principles
