The Construction department is responsible for the overall execution of the Wind Farm from delivery of components, BOP Electrical & Civil Works, Installation & Commissioning works and testing, up to handing over of the Wind Farm to the Customer.
Responsibilities
- To develop Document Control system & assist the project team on Document Management.
- Roll out Document Management System (DMS) to the projects.
- Develop Document Control plan and Communication Plan for all the projects, and ensure the plan is followed at all stages of the projects.
- Develop and Maintain project folder setup, and Creation of Shared Mailbox. Conduct folder audits on a quarterly basis.
- Implement, facilitate trainings and provide support based on the need for EDMS (e.g. Aconex, SAP Procore, etc...)
- Support Project Teams in document transmittals and transmit all notices by the contract compliant methods in a timely manner (i.e. Online system, fax, post etc. - minimum requirements to be determined by CM).
- Track, review and analyse response times of documents and correspondences from Customer as defined in contract
- Maintain SAP documentation requirements and DMS support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting / Engineering or other related fields.
- 4 to 6 years of Relevant experience in handling DMS

- Good knowledge in DMS and SAP Document Control System.
- Good understanding on all aspects of Project Documentations & controls.
- Good communication skills and strong in building working relationships.
- Team player well organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines in aligning the Documents. Understand the engineering aspects/importance of Documents.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Seeks and accepts responsibilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical ability.
