APAC Regional Construction Quality newly merged with global construction quality, was formed to reduce the Cost of poor quality, standardize the NC process, data quality improvement, support project construction, and ensure standardized best practices are applied during construction.


  • End to End Quality assurance - Anchoring quality in construction operations
  • Accountability for achieving the quality standards and target
  • NC process and RCA, CAPA Implementation in Construction
  • Ensure the root cause investigation and improvements of prioritized NCRs, systematic issues, and implementation of corrective and preventive action are performed
  • Reduction of Construction CoPQ - Minimize the cost of poor quality for vestas by cost & reoccurrence avoidance
  • Support validation of changes in products and processes Competence in validation
  • Quality improvement project portfolio management on the construction level
  • Ensure best practice & lesson learned sharing
  • Quality Policy Deployment
  • Construction process audit
  • Customer audit handling
  • Compliance with control plans through statistical process control and capability
  • Compliance using PQA, product, and process verification/validation


  • Master's / Bachelor's in Mechanical / Electrical engineering specialization
  • QMS certified auditor Or certified Six Sigma Green Belt/black belt
  • More than 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality is good to have
  • Acumen Preferably from Renewable energy industry experience


  • Complex project handling experience, Proven abilities to maintain and secure quality requirements
  • Experience in SoftwareTools like MS Office, SAP ( NCM System ), etc are preferred
  • Problem-solving skills & Expertesentation skills are good to have
  • Quality methodologies like 7QC Tool, kaizen, etc are good to have
  • Knowledge of WTG Components and Functions, WTG Assembly Processes, Tools, etc
