A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position you’ll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site in Rosalia, WA, you will typically have shifts 5 days a week at 8-10 hours a day and potential overtime. The team here normally works in teams of 2-3 and typically will climb 1-2 turbines a day. The sites in our region offer opportunity for growth! This site also requires 25% travel.

✓ You will need a safety-focused mindset
✓ Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to work in a team environment, while being motivated and taking initiative in daily tasks
✓ You can identify solutions to issues with process of elimination
✓ You will bring at least a year of wind experience or 2-3 years of experience in an applicable background, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience

✓ Able to travel at 25%

Target Pay Range:

$24 to $30+
