Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, your role is to develop and ensure quality in managing wind farms. You will work closely with supervisors to meet KPIs, stay within budget, and adhere to safety requirements.

  • Responsible for safety on site under HSE principles
  • Ensure OH&S policy is effectively implemented and managed at the site
  • Ensure service quality and operational excellence
  • Ensure contract obligations are fulfilled
  • Build and maintain customer relations
  • Develop leadership on-site
  • Risk management
  • Ensure fixed and direct costs are on budget
  • Ensure good capacity and resource planning to carry out scheduled and unscheduled service in the agreed timeline

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of related working experience, especially experience in the wind turbine service business
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar experience
