Production Supervisor Days
DAY SHIFT: MON-THUR 5:00AM-3:30PM
Describe the Department
Lead people in the Nacelles, Hub, and Drive Train lines to produce safely quality focused products to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
- Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
- Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance with the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
- Address complaints, concerns, and ideas for continuous improvement.
- Support company and manager directions. Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.
Qualifications
Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 5 years experience leading people in a manufacturing environment
Competencies
Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools. Ability to lead people. Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members. Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.
Night Shift position which leads several production areas on the Nacelle, Hub, and Drive Train lines.
Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
