Responsibilities


  • Support factories strategic plan and performance follow up
  • Identify and initiate lean improvement project and initiatives
  • Identify and propose new ideas to improve safety or reduce cost
  • Organize and facilitate kaizen activities
  • Coordinate and manage internal as well as external resources in lean projects
  • Conduct factory lean education, offer training to employees on lean and kaizen
  • Carry out PEX engagement initiatives
  • Manages PEX communication (Newsletters, PEX day etc.)
  • Acts as a role model and coach regarding the use of PEX tools, methodology and application in the process
  • Support PEX-related meetings, briefings, and conferences
  • PEX support to projects as directed by manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain. Can be replaced by solid Lean, Manufacturing, or Logistics experience
  • 1+ years of experience in implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement in Logistics

Competencies

  • Effective at collaborating with individuals at various organizational levels regarding change management for a wide array of stakeholders.
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office and PowerBI. General knowledge in Data Collection, Data Analysis and Data Driven decision making.
  • Experience in Problem Solving Tools and Techniques.
  • Theoretical and Practical knowledge in Lean Systems and Tools.
  • Ability to train operational levels in Lean and Continuous Improvement.
  • Resourceful and engaged individual, open to exploring innovative solutions.
  • Effectiveness in managing difficult assignments.
  • Ability to work in multiple workstreams in parallel.
  • Ability to fully complete tasks and secure implementation of projects.
