Construction is responsible for preparing, installing, commissioning and finally handover wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the customer and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost efficient and with a high-quality standard.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting Sales & Bid Management in the sales phase of projects with setting up the initial project plans
  • Consistently updating the project programs in accordance with progress and changes introduced during the various project phases
  • Assisting the project team in terms of identifying the critical path and identifying risks, issues and opportunities
  • Participating in the regular project meetings and updating project schedules
  • Supporting the Project Managers as well as the Directors of Project Management in analysis of the project portfolio and in optimizing portfolio changes
  • Suggesting and driving changes in the way of working

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring project development
  • Solid knowledge in Primavera
  • Skilled with Excel & SAP
  • Full proficiency in German & English

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented
  • Proven ability to work both individually and in teams in an environment with tight deadlines
  • Open-minded and good at sharing and gathering information within a team

Your work location can be Berlin or Hamburg in Germany or Vienna (AT).
