Responsibilities

:

Safety:

  • Perform safety walks. Ensure safety audits conducted. Ensure Subcontractor utilising IMS.
  • Promote site safety. Ensure all inducted and Site compliant EHS.
  • Comply with legal requirements, construction and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Responsible for implementing Vestas Health & Safety rules for

Vestas and Subcontractor on site.

  • Site visits / Inductions

Quality

  • Ensure quality walks and audits conducted.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Responsible for first notification of NCR and implementation of needed actions to solve issues

Cost

  • Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project
  • Coordinate project ensuring it meets agreed specifications, budgets and time

Time

  • Daily management and progressing of site activities in cooperation with internal and external resources ensuring time schedule from site establishment to turbine/plan test completion
  • Actively ensure MSI's and Resources delivered onsite ontime.
  • Follow-up on delivery schedules and shipping coordination, control, registration approval of arriving goods, and goods received note
  • Maintain and improve Primavera rate of Installation
  • Ensure Subcontractors registering hours

Scope

  • Establlish site
  • Prepare sites prior to the start of construction work
  • Initiate POs/PRs with back office
  • Perform visual management
  • Deliver daily tool box meetings with subcontractors
  • Checking and preparing site reports including summary of construction progress, specific quality documentation and asbuilt documents, registration of site activities and reporting to the

project and project manager

  • Manage subcontractors/control all working permits/authorizations are in place
  • Interpret and explain contracts and technical information
  • Responsible for as-built documentation
  • Ensure project documents are complete
  • Hand-over to customer and service (sign-off)
  • Liaising with clients and reporting progress

  • Professional / Bachelor's Level
  • Experienced Supervisor
  • Extensive experience implementing large projects
  • Safety training
  • Quality training
  • WTG training
