Sales/ SBU MED/ Service
The Service department, in charge of commercial management (contract negotiation, billing) and preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas turbines.
As such, the team of this department plays an essential role in ensuring the loyalty of our customers over the long term.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Operational follow-up :

Participate in management activities such as billing, management of expense note purchases, purchases and supplies, and mail management;
Ensure IT inputs on SAP, tracking, updating different data tables and internal tools for reporting requested by the group;
Ensure customer contact.

Administrative support :

Update the technical training database for technicians;
Make PowerPoint presentations for the Service Department;
Update the operational portal on the group's intranet;
Write and update operational documents (vehicle assignments, fleet technicians, etc.);
Prepare shipments of technical DVDs and turbine maintenance logs.

The integration of new employees :

Plan the integration programs for new employees in the Service department;
To present the various operational tools to new technicians;
Follow the sponsorship file of wind maintenance technicians in collaboration with the Human Resources department;
Respect and enforce Quality, Safety, Environment standards.

Qualifications

With a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, you justify 2 to 5 years of experience ideally in an industrial maintenance or construction environment, if possible within an international group;
Good proficiency in current French and English required (Group language);
Great mastery of the Pack Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Outlook and Internet and SAP tool.
