Department:

Our department consist of teams of warehouse supervisors and technicians supporting Pre-Assembly, Commissioning, Installation, Improvement, Service sites and Warehouse. We develop and supply effective and dedicated resources with the right mindset. We coordinate and develop people and teams to support operational achievement. We create a culture of safety and cost consciousness and quality.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse subcontractors
  • Create Customs documentation and Order Tools, project consumables and Spare Parts
  • Identify and report deviations
  • Maintain Warehouse KPI's
  • Arrange transport bookings
  • Keep track of stock and receive incoming goods
  • Conduct task handover to warehouse supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of warehousing
  • Forklift truck certified
  • Full driving license
  • Fluent in English
  • Have good IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP)

Additional information:

Primary work location: this is a travelling role where you will be required to travel up to 180 days per year.
