We build high quality transformation capabilities in Vestas Service focused on reinforcing the Global Operating Model to all Service employees. We do this by leading the development, continued improvement, and maintenance of transformation products and best practices and by promoting a highly engaged backbone to empower regions and global functions.


Together we will develop well balanced transformation plans to enable great change experience for colleagues affected, to realize the benefits of the Global Operating Model and to contribute to the growth of all major GOM releases. We ensure the establishment of role-based training and onboarding programs delivering 'shortest-time-to-create-value' and demonstrate appealing career paths that will attract talent to and sustain talent in Service.

Responsibilities

  • Work with key regional and global stakeholders and initiative owners to create awareness, tailor made plans and enable them to assess change impact
  • Collect information from a wide number of stakeholders to provide overview of impact of Service initiatives and develop together with them transformation plans
  • Capture any new release or initiative directly impacting change within the Service Organization, from many sources of the GOM continuous improvement engine, to ensure we structure the right regional/global plan to make the change happens
  • Analyze and do calculations to enable proper follow-up on adoption plans and their related performance
  • Create good practices for colleagues engaging on our Service Global Operating Model changes and guide them on how to follow the standard, as well as identifying and replicating best practices
  • Go-to person for advice and support on change and implementation
  • On projects/products with a high change impact you facilitate business engagement, change and implementation activities to successfully enable adoption and develop sustainable business value

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, business, communication, social science or equivalent
  • Experience within change management or project management applying standardized change methodologies and setting up engagement structures.
  • Able to work autonomously and yet appreciates the value in working in teams
  • Able to travel
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Vestas Service business understanding would be advantageous
