(Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Project Controls
As (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) of Project Controls you will guide a specialized team of Performance Managers, supporting our construction projects through metrics and analytics, and more importantly you will influence and contribute to the long term performance of the business. Through inspiring and professional guidance, you will coach your global team and continuously focus on growing capabilities and skills to ensure that we are at the forefront in the energy sector in all aspects of what we do. You will be reporting directly to the Head of PMO.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement goals and strategies for Project Controls and ensure horizontal alignment with the NCE CPX organization
- Manage and develop the performance management process governance, including alignment of cross-regional performance governance
- Development, implementation, and measurement of performance KPIs.
- Benchmarking to identify hidden gaps and uncover opportunities upstream to guide better decision making and facilitate effective project execution.
- Provide CPX management team with analysis and recommendations to mitigate identified risks to the project by running simulations and assessing impact of actions taken.
- Be a contributing member of the management team in PMO
- train and coach the team and ensure that we identify where we can create the best impact
- MSc. in technology, engineering, mathematics or business administration with relevant specialization
- Solid demonstrable work experience in a management function within the data analytics or Performance Management domain in a large global organization
- Solid experience working with large ERP systems such as SAP and optionally also BI systems
- Experience from the industry, construction or the energy sector
- Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders on all levels in the organization.
- Fluent in English
- Curious and focused on creating significant impact with great results
- Innovative problem-solver with the ability to manage different scenarios
- Ability to build positive relations and handle stakeholders at all organizational levels in a multi-cultural matrix organization
- Ability to work with both highly technical and business-oriented leaders, and translate technical topics into value for the business
- Business-minded and understanding of technical and process-related issues and opportunities
- Professional facilitator and great communication skills

This position requires up to 40 days of travel per year.
