As part of the Global Talent Management team within People & Culture, you’ll act as a trusted advisor - partnering with senior leaders to strengthen succession and performance practices, and contributing to a culture that develops talent for tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Succession Planning: Drive succession planning by facilitating quarterly talent reviews and development plans for key roles. Provide tools and guidance to build future-ready leadership pipelines
  • Implement Performance Management: Establish a quarterly review cycle using people data to assess progress, identify gaps, and support leaders in setting clear, measurable goals
  • Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute engagement strategies with regional and functional leaders. Facilitate regular touchpoints to align on talent priorities and co-create solutions
  • Enable Talent Development: Partner with leaders to identify growth opportunities, assign stretch assignments, and ensure development efforts support business capability needs
  • Leverage Talent Data for Strategic Decisions: Use insights from talent analytics to inform leadership decisions, track initiative impact, and guide continuous improvement across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 6–12 years of experience in talent development, leadership development, or strategic HR roles - experience may come from business, consulting, or P&C functions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align talent strategies with organizational goals across global environments
  • Well-developed analytical and project management skills, with experience using talent data to guide decisions and lead cross-functional initiative

  • Strategic mindset and business acumen to align talent strategies with organizational goals and drive long-term impact
  • Comprehensive understanding of talent management best practices, including succession planning, performance, development, and retention
  • Ability to evaluate talent requirements, monitor progress, and use data and insights for informed decision-making
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across cultures, with a global mindset to navigate cultural nuances
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain customer focus, adapting to changing priorities while delivering relevant, business-driven talent solutions
