Senior Cost Performance Management
Finance> Group Financial Performance> Platform Cost Management & PEX
In this role you will lead continuous Performance Management of our Product Cost with our Cross-functional Leadership teams, covering Procurement, Manufacturing and Technology. This entails creation of transparent cost estimates, while keeping stakeholders accountable for target gaps and follow-up.

We are looking for a person that combines working with stakeholders as a business partner with the capability to work in a structured manner with Cost Performance Management
Responsibilities
- Lead Vestas' Continuous Tracking and Reviews of Cost Performance at Product Level
- Finance lead in Vestas' Cross-functional ´Cost Out Performance Management Team'
- Challenge and Support Cost Out initiatives at a Product level, including prioritization of initiatives
- Provide guidance to Cost Performance Management across all Module Ownership Teams
- Secure continuous improvements of our Cost Performance Tracking Tools & Systems
Qualifications
- Several years' experience in Performance Management, Cost Engineering, Cost Management, Business Finance or similar
- Several years' experience in cross-functional settings
Competencies
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Communicator
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Pro-active approach
- Experience in Excel and PPT preferred
