In the Vestas Power Solutions business unit, you will join the QIP Portfolio team. Our main purpose is to maintain overview and quality of our Business Improvement project portfolio and ensure proper resource overview in collaboration with key stakeholders in the area as well as colleagues from other portfolios.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain overview of resource demand vs. capacity development in full area
  • Review of project change requests in collaboration with financial controller
  • Prepare and participate in monthly meetings with Vice President areas in QIP
  • Prepare monthly Performance Review meetings with QIP management team followed by preparing report on milestone performance
  • Participate in roadmap and budgeting processes
  • Maintain and develop our reporting practices to support portfolio management
  • Be or become a SAP PPM and PowerBI super user able to assist stakeholders with the system

Qualifications

  • A bachelor or master's degree in finance, controlling, business analytics or similar
  • You probably have 1-3 years of experience from a similar position
  • Working experience as Portfolio or Project Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder communication in an international environment
  • Experience with projects - a Prince2 certification is beneficial
  • Knowledge of SAP PPM and Power BI not mandatory however experience with BI and MS Excel is required

Additional information
Your work location will be at our headquarter in Aarhus, Denmark.
There is very limited travel required, you can expect up to maximum of 5 travel days per year.
