Procurement Insights & Analytics is part of the Procurement Excellence (PEX) department within Global Procurement, established to create positive change and to foster best-in-class Procurement within our Global teams.
As our new Specialist in Procurement Insights & Analytics, you will be part of the development of a department where you will get to impact the way of working, scope, and impact Procurement on a Global Scale. You will be working closely with the global and regional stakeholder in Procurement to ensure alignment of analytic solutions towards business goals and while also leading development initiatives to ensure world-class Procurement practices.

Responsibilities

:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement best practices, standardized procedures, and process improvements across all procurement activities.
  • Guiding process implementation, system implementation (with Analytics team) and ensuring change management.
  • Work as PEX Partner for 2 of our Global Procurement module teams, ensuring implementation of PEX initiatives and taking on the role as change agent within the team.

Qualification

:
  • A relevant master's degree in e.g., Business, Engineering (or mixed form of Supply Chain Management), Economics, Finance, Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, working within the Procurement and/or Supply Chain
  • Solid analytic skills and ability to derive tangible actions from facts and data
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of SAP BI is of advantage
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Experience with cost programs hereunder cost analysis is beneficial.
