Vestas P&C Business Services, Business Transformation combines core HR disciplines with an internal consultancy function enabling strategic organisational design organisational change, integration management and team dynamics across Vestas. The purpose of this department is to act as the Vestas center of expertise within Business Transformation management. P&C Business Transformation Partners have both a leading and driving role in strategic projects as well as an obligation to developing and enabling leaders across Vestas.

Responsibilities


In your role as Student worker, you are part of a team of Business Transformation Partners, that coaches and advises business leaders, with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, in order to help them succeed and deliver sustainable business results.
  • You will support the team and participate in the preparation, coordination and implementation of large scale strategic initiatives across Vestas
  • You can experience a large variety of tasks such as building facilitation and change toolbox, construct and maintain share points, communication to organisation, training administration, hand-on business support, meeting facilitation, event planning and handling employee data in excel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree student, preferably within advanced studies in the field of economics, communication, culture, business administration psychology or in a related field of studies
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Be enrolled at a Danish University
