You will be part of a passionate team of P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in the biggest region in Vestas covering 15.000 employees. Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas senior business leaders in our regional Service area, and your daily playfield will be a regional matrix organisation with a direct line to the P&C organisation and a dotted line to the business.

Our key tasks as a P&C Business Partners in Vestas are to work closely with people leaders in reaching their goals and formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. Responsibilities

You will play an instrumental part with our mid to senior level people leaders in working with Vestas' strategy and direct the P&C initiatives contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to

  • Contribute to the realisation of our Talent & Leadership Must Win Battle leading to an inclusive and diverse working culture

  • Grow our people pipeline through your contribution to development, succession planning and retention of our great teams

  • Ensure compliance with local employee benefits policies and salary benchmarks

  • Advice and coach managers on organisational design, induction, exits, culture, and performance

  • Input to FTE forecasting based on budget discussion and workforce planning

  • Provide effective resolution to employee relation issues in accordance with labour law and local agreements


Qualifications

You are excited about delivering HR quality to the employees and leaders of Vestas and have already demonstrated your professional experience as a trusted business advisor in HR Partnering in a large organisation. Moreover, you have

  • A proven history of impacting people development and organisational transformation

  • Experience from being a trusted advisor and good influencer

  • Proven experience in workforce planning and talent management

  • Experience with facilitating workshops and presenting for senior stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organisation

  • General HR certifications is desirable (e.g. capability test, employment law, team development, personality assessment)

  • Experience working with blue collar workers governed by CBA/local agreements
