Join our Digital Customer Channel team, a new team shaping its ways of working. We seek a talented Lead Salesforce Developer to collaborate closely with the product trio (Product Manager, Design Lead) to set product direction and conduct feasibility assessments. We work in a product-led environment, where our products are at the forefront of everything we do.

Responsibilities
As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will:
- Lead Vestas B2B eCommerce solution development on Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.
- Guide feasibility assessments and ensure scalability, quality, and integrations of the eCommerce solution.
- Provide technical leadership, innovate with new technologies, and manage the eCommerce release pipeline in a product-led environment.
- Engage and align with other Salesforce platform teams and be responsible for the eCommerce release pipeline.
- Work in a product-led environment, focusing on delivering the best possible products to our customers.
- Innovate with new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in eCommerce, with expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience in enterprise-level projects using agile methodologies.
- Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications preferred.
Competencies
- Motivated, result-oriented mindset, setting outcome-based goals.
- Experience in design, development, and support of digital solutions.
- Effective communicator fostering collaboration and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in written and verbal English. Comfortable working with the product trio (Product Manager, Design Lead) to shape product direction.
