Digital User Support – NCE is a regional IT team responsible for delivering high-quality on-site support across a cluster of sites in Northern and Central Europe. Our team ensures smooth daily operations by maintaining IT equipment and providing direct support to end users.
As part of this role, travel may be required to support standard operational tasks and contribute to project work across different locations. We are currently seeking an on site IT Supporter who will play a key role in ensuring reliable IT service delivery and a positive user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support town hall meetings and assist with building and infrastructure projects as needed
- Act as the primary IT Supporter across a cluster of sites, ensuring consistent service delivery
- Manage stock and swap inventory for PCs, tablets, and mobile phones, including reuse opportunities
- Maintain meeting rooms, printers, and perform network patching to support daily operations
- Create and update site-specific IT documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Ensure all sites are set up and maintained in line with Vestas Global IT standards
- Collaborate closely with local stakeholders and the wider Digital Solutions team to uphold site quality and performance
Qualifications
- Completed basic IT Supporter education with at least 3 years of practical experience
- Skilled in managing Windows client environments
- Experienced in PC imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and general IT maintenance tasks
- Familiar with working in a global infrastructure setup, ensuring consistency across locations
- Knowledgeable in network equipment, including patching and wireless access point setup
- Understands the importance of working within a standardised, centralised IT environment, including configuration, applications, and documentation
- Comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and understands the impact of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) on service delivery
- Fluent in Danish and English

- You are service-minded, building solid relationships with both local stakeholders and the wider IT organization
- You communicate solutions clearly to end-users and ensure proper follow-up
- You can collaborate across levels—from your team to IT architects, product owners, project managers, and senior management
- You work with limited supervision, managing operational tasks and showing commitment to project work
- Knowledge of ITIL and project handling
What we offer
You’ll be part of a global, multicultural team working across various areas of IT. The role offers exposure to a wide range of infrastructure tasks and projects, collaborating with Vestas vendors, internal architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Subject Matter Experts from other Digital Solutions departments.
You’ll contribute to the implementation, adoption, and optimization of key IT services for Vestas end-users, while also engaging with a broad network of stakeholders beyond Digital Solutions.

Primary work location: Aarhus, Denmark
Expected travel: up to 15 days per year
