Vestas Global IT – Hybrid Platform Management is looking for an Access Management Operations Architect. The Access Management Operations Architect is a key part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The IAM department is for providing all services connected to authentication and authorization as well as several collaboration tools.
The Hybrid Platform Management team is part of Vestas Global IT and is responsible for operating and supporting IT Infrastructure in Vestas. The team ensures a stable and high performing-Infrastructure by joining projects developing new solutions along with a constant focus on maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization of the IT Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the implementation and security of AD, Azure, O365, PKI and related “Tier 0” services, eg CyberArk.
- Provides support and implementation services for Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and identity management solutions.
- Review, update and recommend changes to Identity and Access policies, standards, and procedures to mature the IAM product.
- Champion an automation-first mindset, focused on short time to deliver, high quality and scalable on key processes in a hybrid scenario, closely coupled with Azure.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for IAM architecture to support current and future IAM strategy.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for colleagues in the Philippines, in account lifecycle and access management tasks.
- Write specifications, how-to documentation, and best practices guides to assist the IAM team.
- Validate system upgrades and patches when required.
Qualifications
This position requires that you have high ambitions for your technical work, but also that you can see how technology can meet business and end-users demands.
- 5-10 years' experience within the IAM area.
- Expert knowledge in Windows Server Administration 2016 and 2022.
- Expert in Powershell scripting with in-depth knowledge of other languages like Terraform.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MFA and Windows security.
- Working knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus, however experience beats certifications.
