HSE Continuous Improvement Specialist

Global Service HSE is leading the functional HSE area across all Service activities in Vestas. The department collaborates closely with the entire Service community as well as the HSE community across regions, global and functions.The Global Service HSE department ensures the corporate performance on HSE in Service, ensures process and tools compliance across all the Regions, aligning Global and Regional priorities as well as handles global feed-back loops and escalations for the Service area.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver Must-Win-Battle HSE programs across the Service function including HSE Offshore readiness
• Develop functional Service HSE requirements for Regional Service
• Provide and maintain a closed loop approach to PPE in Service
• Set the global standards to Service PPE enabling regional deployment as well as baseline for new product/service development
• Support Service HSE forum across regions and the functional HSE
• Ensure alignment of priorities and define roadmap for HSE
• Establish and develop functional HSE strategic programs monitoring their implementation and effectiveness across the Service function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HSE or engineering
• Minimum of +5 years’ experience in a company with mature HSE management system
• HSE Offshore Experience will be an advantage, but not required

• Solid skills in stakeholder management
• Possess vision and drive in transforming this to the greater team
• Customer focus, effective problem-solving capabilities, strong collaborator, and cultural sensitivity skills
• Able to communicate across all levels to align expectations, engage the organization, monitor results, and establish solutions
• Broad Expertise on both Safety, Environment and Health area on operational level as well as tactical level
• Experienced in process deployment (BPMS) in complex organizations
• Demonstrated ability to establish, implement and manage HSE best practices and programs

The position is in Aarhus, but other locations in Denmark are considered.
