Vestas' HR department "People & Culture" consists of more than 200 people in 5 HR regions.
You will be joining Global People Services, in the regional HR service desk for the North and Central European (NCE) region. Here you will be joining forces with a fantastic team of committed colleagues and be involved in many important and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities
We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic HR generalist, with experience within HR operation, administration, HR-IT, or similar roles. In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality People Services towards our NCE region
  • Handling HR generalist tasks within the area covering: pension, insurance, social security, benefits
  • Supporting internal P&C stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Payroll in various aspects
  • Supporting the business such as employees, managers, and external providers
  • Handling Regional HR reports
  • Securing a high level of service and support

Qualifications
Your qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in Human Resources or related area
  • Several years’ experience working in similar or administrative role
  • Experience in contract creation and knowledge of employment laws
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors, SAP or similar HR system
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or other ticketing system
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e.g.)
  • Good communication skills in English and Danish (both written and verbal)

Additional information
Your work location will be our office in Aarhus, Denmark.
Up to 5 travel days per year.
