New Concepts and Power to X is responsible for developing and testing technology and solutions that will enable Vestas to stay at the forefront of the renewable industry. We are responsible for five strategic roadmaps, of which Service and Balance of Plant is one of them.
Responsibilities
As Head of Service and Balance of Plant, you will be responsible for developing and executing the roadmap
Ensure stakeholder management with a wide variety of pierces across the organization
You will be guiding and to some extent, also overseeing the projects within your portfolio
The team consists of several highly skilled engineers, and you will be responsible for the daily management as well as the development of the people
Qualifications
Hold an engineering degree with at least five years of experience
You have overseen teams before and used to work on a strategic level
Ideally, you have a background from a service organization within Wind and are keen to bring your experience into play
Fluent in English
Competencies
Good communication skills, perseverance, open-mindedness, the ability to see business rationally in a technical context, and being open to new approaches.
