Supply Chain Finance are dedicated finance business partners to the Global Supply Chain & Transport in the COO organization. We are an internationally diverse team, that together is focused on proactive Finance Business Partnering and engaging Performance Management. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Finance.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of the team, tasks to be distributed based on the candidate and the existing team:

• Finance Business Partnering to Global Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Execution, Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Network

• Support Global Supply Chain making good financial decisions with end-to-end value chain focus

• Inventory performance management and KPIs

• Support inventory improvement actions in a matrix organization

• Trade-off scenarios EBIT, Revenue, Cash/Inventory for decisions made in Executive S&OP and Executive S&OE meetings

• Quantification of risks and mitigations, financial impact across the value chain

• Total Landed Cost analysis and support

• Ad hoc finance business partnering on hot topics

  
  

Qualifications

• A relevant academic background, a master's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or any other relatable field.

• A minimum 5 years of experience in a cross functional role within a Finance or Supply Chain organization

• Great IT skills including solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and BI

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• A structured individual with a good overview and able to handle several tasks simultaneously without losing your eye for details

• Profieient with financial numbers and able to communicate it to stakeholders at all corporate levels

• Good collaboration skills and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and input providers globally
