The business group Innovation, Concepts, Capability & Excellence is responsible for developing the capabilities within Vestas to introduce new products to the value chain.

In the PLM Development department, we ensure business transformation and digital business adoption to ensure value for Vestas. We need you as a Change Management and Process Specialist to play a crucial role in guiding organizational business change and thus, you will be part of making a significant impact on Vestas.


Responsibilities

The Change Management & Process Specialist facilitates change management and process development activities in close collaboration with the Digital Solutions organisation and the business value chain. You will work directly on programs, projects and with Product Owners to plan and deliver on our change management framework to ensure implementation, adoption, and utilization of solutions.

As a Change Management and Process Specialist, you will:

  • Take the lead on organisational change management and business process development in programs and projects of various sizes, durations and complexity

  • Change impact assessment, communication strategy and planning, and execution of project internal and external communication

  • Rollout management: cutover strategy, implementation planning, training planning, migration planning, coordination of implementation activities

  • Securing the cross-functional way of working to secure stakeholder involvement and conformance to global governance and continuous improvement of processes

  • Facilitating continuous improvement of business processes in corporation with stakeholders from across the Value Chain

  • Managing stakeholders effectively


Qualifications

  • Relevant Master's degree: this could be within business development, IT management, social sciences, or something entirely else that plays into change management

  • 3-5 years of experience with proven Change Management end-to-end expertise (PROSCI/CCMP certification or similar is good to have)

  • Experience with implementing digital initiatives

  • Good project management skills

  • Experience working across cultures in a global enterprise


Competencies

We envision you to possess solid change/stakeholder management skills and have experience working with different change management toolboxes, as well as a thorough understanding of processes.

  • Good analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)

  • Forceful communication skills (fluent in English, both oral and written)

  • Positive mindset and the ability to communicate on all levels.

  • The will to take charge of your own deliverables.

  • Have the customer in focus and have a global mindset.
