The Regional Business Performance Management Department is in charge of ensuring the right Financial insights and also to bring transparency and improvements of Performance all across.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partner to the leadership team in supply chain & transport
  • Ensure transparency in financial performance and support on business cases
  • Lead monthly forecasting & annual budgeting including Coordination, consolidation and variance analysis
  • Facilitate annual budget process within supply chain & transport including reporting on Financial performance
  • Preparation, facilitation and participation in business reviews
  • Facilitate operational performance reviews and steering meetings
  • Optimization of performance management processes, methods, governances and tools

Qualifications

  • Master or HD with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related subject
  • Professional experience in a similar position focused on project or business controlling.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Significant financial experience in project cost controlling and execution, cost analysis, and business performance management
  • Solid systems skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), including hands-on experience in SAP BI
  • Great communication skills with fluency in English required

Competencies

  • You have a great collaborative skillset and ability to coordinate across functions with multiple stakeholders and input providers on a global scale
  • You are in possession of a good positive approach to challenges and problems and able to get things done
  • You are capable of communicating and simplifying financial information to Operations Departments
  • You have a curious mind, a proactive approach, solid methodical abilities and enjoy diving into data and analysis, without losing helicopter view
