Blade Engineering NCE is focused on technical support for sales and service in North and Central Europe (NCE). The department supports all three pillars of Vestas service: Onshore, Offshore and Multibrand (3rd party turbines).
Responsibilities
- Technical support to service sales, and the service contract managers (including direct customer support)
- Severity assessment of Blade damages and mitigation actions to ensure safe and effective operation of the blades under service in Vestas
- On-site assessment of Blade damages and reporting of these internally and externally
- Project support on tools and methods development
Qualifications
- Engineering background (B.Sc. or higher) which gave you good technical understanding of Blade technology and repair methods for resin-based products
- Knowledge of Lightning Protection systems, CMS systems and other auxiliary blade systems are key qualifications to have, but they are not considered a requirement
- Great stakeholder management
- Good understanding of customer management and technical sales
Competencies
- Great interpersonal skills, and natural ability to explain technical
- Ability to convey complex problems in a pragmatic and accessible manner
- Good overview and planning skills
- Ability to comfortably work remote, as the department is physically located in multiple locations

We are a flexible company, but we see a great advantage if you are close to business from one of our offices from Aarhus N, Denmark or Berlin, Germany. Other countries can be considered depending on your preference.
