A Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / Automation Project Manager is required to join an Automation Integrator in Wisconsin.

The successful Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / Automation Project Manager will come from a background of automation projects, ideally robotics, but you’ll be the central leader who keeps every custom project on track — working closely with our engineering, assembly, and programming teams while delivering exceptional results for our customers.

Package :

up to $125k (dependent on experience and tenure)

Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / Automation Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from order receipt through kickoff, design reviews, assembly, runoffs, installation, and warranty

• Develop detailed timelines, budgets, and resource plans while proactively managing risks and scope

• Facilitate internal and customer kickoff meetings and design reviews

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (mechanical, controls, robotics, assembly, and installation)

• Serve as the primary customer contact, delivering clear updates and preventing scope creep

• Track and report key performance metrics to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Project Manager / Controls Project Manager / Automation Project Manager Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation project management
  • Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, and control systems.
  • Proven experience managing industrial projects, such as in industrial automation, robotics, control systems
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
  • Proficient with project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Experience designing and delivering automation systems
  • Work closely with engineering, assembly and other teams to deliver projects and results.
  • Must be located close to Wales, Wisconsin.
