Location: Project in Camp Verde starting 10/1
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
- Additional $1/hour with S-190 Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior and NWCG S-130 Wildland Firefighter Training certifications
- S212 Qualification start at $20/hour
- Veterans start at $20/hour

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with tree thinning, vegetation clearing, and removal of invasive species to promote forest health.
- Operate hand tools and equipment (training provided) such as chainsaws, pole saws, and brush cutters.
- Work in remote, rugged terrain, often hiking to job sites and camping overnight when required.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations while working in various outdoor conditions.
- Contribute to a team focused on conservation, wildfire prevention, and habitat restoration.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift 40–60 lbs, work in rough terrain, and perform strenuous tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel for multi-day projects.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Experience in forestry, conservation, or landscaping is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus!)
- S-190 & S-130 certifications (additional $1/hour).
- Prior experience in land management, firefighting, or environmental conservation.
