We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support our management team and keep our operations running smoothly. If you thrive in dynamic environments and love optimizing systems, this role is for you!



? What You’ll Do

  • Support the French and US management team with daily operations — scheduling, document filing, invoice payments, and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with our accounting firms and external partners
  • Set up and manage company IT tools

- Oversee Slack channels and team communications.

- Design and maintain structure for Notion and Google Drive.

- Maintain and update our Dataroom and CRM.

  • Continuously improve workflows and implement new systems as we scale.



? What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRMs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-starter mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Bonus: Experience in startups or sustainability-focused organizations, and a passion for clean energy!
