Velaz Solar & Roofing is hiring experienced Solar & Roofing Sales Representatives in New Jersey.
This role is for motivated sales professionals with experience in solar sales, roofing sales, in-home sales, home improvement sales, or commission-based closing. You will meet with homeowners, present solar and roofing solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
We provide pre-set appointments, paid training, fast installation timelines, and strong back-office support so you can focus on selling and earning.
This is a high-performance sales role with base salary plus commission, uncapped earning potential, and growth opportunities for top performers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting with homeowners in New Jersey to present solar and roofing solutions
- Qualifying homeowners and understanding their energy usage, roofing needs, goals, and financing options
- Handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing residential sales
- Managing your pipeline, follow-ups, and customer updates using CRM tools
- Coordinating with operations after the sale to ensure a smooth project handoff
- Representing Velaz Solar & Roofing with professionalism, urgency, and strong customer service
