Director Structured Finance

Role Overview

Lead the execution of complex financing transactions to support renewable energy investments, including tax equity, debt, and securitizations. Manage the full transaction lifecycle from structuring and financial modeling through due diligence, documentation, and closing. Act as the primary liaison for lenders, investors, and rating agencies while ensuring ongoing compliance and strong capital partnerships. Collaborate with development, construction, legal, and asset management teams to align financing strategy with long-term portfolio growth.

Key Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, or project finance within energy or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in closing tax equity and debt transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
