Director of Project Construction ( Renewable, Solar or Energy)

The Director will manage and mentor a team of project managers, drive performance excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, monitoring budgets and forecasts, implementing quality control processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within solar or renewables
• Proven experience managing large commercial and industrial solar projects
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
• Excellent leadership, communication, financial oversight, and stakeholder management skills
