Job Description:

  • Extract, validate, and analyze solar performance data from DAS providers and prepare performance reports.
  • Set up and program DAS software in coordination with internal teams and providers.
  • Conduct capacity testing and performance assessments for new solar projects.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and support O&M teams.
  • Analyze energy losses caused by equipment outages and support problem resolution.
  • Provide performance data and analytics to support customer reporting and operational decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in production analytics, performance testing, or energy asset assessments.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
