Salesman (Solar, Roofing, Remodels, Construction)

Contractor with Electrical and General Construction licenses looking for self driven sales people to partner with and split job profits 50/50. Company will handle all project management. Contractor has websites marketing to solar & EV Chargers currently. With the GC license salespeople can sell anything from roofing,doors, Windows, bathroom, remodels, etc.

You will have to provide own leads, but contractor is willing to invest into marketing funnels.

We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman Construction to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
