Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partnership & Alliances Manager based in Faridabad, with flexibility to work from home on specific days. The individual will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance UTOPIIC’s presence in the sustainability space. Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining business alliances, creating business plans, and implementing strategies to cultivate long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders. Additional duties involve collaborating with internal teams to align partnership efforts with organizational goals, negotiating agreements, and tracking partnership performance metrics.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Alliances management
  • Experience in Business Planning and crafting effective growth strategies
  • Strong Communication skills to foster collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to build and sustain robust Business Alliances, ensuring mutual benefits
  • Solid understanding of the sustainability and climate tech sector is an advantage
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in a climate tech, sustainability, or consultancy role preferred
