Electrical Field Supervisor (Akron)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Field Supervisor with a passion for sustainable and renewable energy installations. The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical background, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to environmentally responsible practices. Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites is essential.

This is not a remote role. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Akron, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sustainable electrical systems, such as lighting, solar, EV charging stations, and energy storage solutions.
• Supervise project teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure compliance with environmental and electrical safety standards.
• Promote best practices in sustainable installation techniques and innovative solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, while maintaining focus on energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
• Stay updated on advancements in renewable energy technologies and incorporate them into project planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Significant hands-on electrical experience, particularly in renewable energy or sustainable installations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainable electrical standards, renewable energy codes, and green building practices.
• Valid electrical licenses or certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible solutions.

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to frequently travel to project sites as necessary.
• Flexibility for overnight stays and extended travel as projects demand.
