We are now looking for a Summer Trainee, Photo Archive for a fixed-term contract to our Central Archive in Valkeakoski, Finland.
What You Will Do
During the summer, you will work with UPM’s historical photo collections by digitizing image files and recording related metadata into our electronic archive. You will contribute to maintaining and developing our visual heritage, ensuring that valuable materials are preserved and easily accessible for future use.

- Enter and verify metadata in our archival system
- Support the daily operations of the Central Archives
- Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently on assigned tasks
