UPM Adhesive Materials is looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of sales, account management and successful execution of all assigned targeted objectives within the Key Account Manager position. This position reports to the Key Account Director.

What You Will Do
- You will create and deliver enhanced value to each customer and effectively develop multi-level relationships built on trust
- You will decipher and present data to build a compelling business case that is aligned with organizational expectations
- You will be responsible for the overall commercial execution, including, but not limited to, sales revenue, AV, receivables, that align across the organization
- You will have direct sales responsibilities to deliver price quotes, product recommendations, trial samples, technical support, and service information where required
- You will identify customer needs, develop unique solutions, present value proposition and successfully close a high percentage of acquisition and expansion business opportunities
- You will suggest, manage and continuously improve pricing programs and strategies for Strategic Account team and ensure product portfolio aligns with our offer and customers need
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to properly position products, solutions and services within identified customer base
- You will participate in applicable strategy development, business planning for region, and regional product development events
- You have a BS degree in Business or related discipline and 5 years of Sales Management experience in the printing or packaging industry
- You have a proven track record of managing regional or national accounts that service numerous locations within the US or globally
- You demonstrate high integrity, and initiative, and the ability to build effective internal and external networks
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to relate well with a diverse constituency
- You have excellent collaboration skills and can lead internal teams without direct line authority
- You effectively demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and accelerate sales growth, including the demonstrated analytical and innovative thinking, and the ability to approach opportunities strategically
- You must have experience with computerized order entry, Excel and basic MS Office products
