We are now looking for Summer Trainee, Group Accounting and Reporting to our head office, the Biofore House, in Helsinki.

Our summer trainee will learn about group accounting and reporting processes during the summer in our positive and encouraging work environment. You will learn to use our group accounting system and reporting environments. You will also experience one quarterly reporting with our group accounting professionals and international finance teams. What You Will Do
We are looking for a finance student who has already advanced a bit in the studies, especially in accounting or business administration. We appreciate a positive attitude, as well as taking initiative and responsibility. Experience in accounting and reporting processes are considered as an asset. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different working environments are valuable skills in our team. You will need excellent written and verbal English and Finnish in the role.
We will onboard you to your tasks, as well as the rules and ways of working in our workplace. From your first day, you are a full member of our working community, and we encourage you to be active, learn, and ask questions about your work.

- You will contribute to interesting and diverse group accounting and reporting tasks – guided by experienced colleagues
- You will get a broad insight into UPM’s closing and financial reporting process from group perspective
- You will participate in group regulatory and management reporting
