We are now looking for a Salesforce & Sales Process Specialist to join our Pulp Sales organization. This is a 6 months fixed-term position, located in Helsinki, Finland.

What You Will Do

You will support the rollout and continuous development of Salesforce and help improve and standardize sales processes. Your work will enable better collaboration, scalable growth, and consistent, high-quality support for customers - strengthening UPM’s reputation as a reliable partner in global markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Support

  • Deliver end-user support and training on Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Support the rollout of the customer portal
  • Ensure timely resolution of all RUN-related Salesforce incident tickets
  • Maintain and update Salesforce dashboards (e.g., Annual Planning, Content Dashboards, Sales Dashboard)

Data Management & Governance

  • Support customer data quality activities in CRM (monitoring, improving)
  • Conduct the annual CRM data cleaning process to maintain data integrity
  • Improve documentation and definitions of data assets and CRM-related attributes

Change Management, Tool & Process Ownership

  • Support implementation of new tools, systems, and processes within the Sales organization
  • Act as a liaison for cross-functional coordination on process improvements and system integrations
  • Manage Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for Sales leadership
  • Support creating and maintaining process descriptions and documentation

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Salesforce Solution Owner, Salesforce end-users and IT stakeholders to ensure progress on ongoing priorities
  • Participate in regular reviews and updates of sales-related documentation and templates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and tools

Who You Are

  • You have an understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or other CRM experience required)
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • You have ability to manage change initiatives and deliver end-user training
  • You have experience in data governance and process improvement
  • You have analytical mindset with skills in dashboard management and reporting
